Decimal odds show the total amount returned per ৳1 staked. For example: if Team A has odds of 1.45 and Team B has odds of 2.75, a ৳1,000 bet on Team B returns ৳2,750 in total if Team B wins — a profit of ৳1,750. If Team A wins, the full ৳1,000 is lost. The higher the decimal odds, the less likely that team is to win.
A multi bet or accumulator combines selections from several matches or events into one bet. You win only if all selections are correct; if even one loses, the entire bet is lost. For example, decimal odds of 1.40, 1.50, and 1.70 give a combined odds of 1.40 × 1.50 × 1.70 = 3.57 (approximately). A ৳100 stake returns ৳357 if all three win; if one loses, the full ৳100 is gone. The potential payout is higher, but so is the risk.
In the BPL, baji lif typically offers markets such as match winner, toss winner, top-scoring team, total runs over/under, number of wickets, and method of first wicket, among others. If a match is cancelled or ends with no result due to rain or any other reason, baji lif generally voids the bet and returns the stake.
